Currently running Adguard Home DNS on my network and I'm seeing my NAS constantly send requests for the following domains: direct-download.orgcloud. I would like install adguard home with docker on my qnap with qts 5. But adguard use port 53 and qts too What is the best way to solve It? I've installed AdGuard without any issue. But when I click on the AdGuard icon I get an error message that the connection was refused by my nas.
